Anyone knows the chance to roll 4s on a magic shield?
Just did 1000 pgems and not a single one had 4s

It depends on the ilvl, if you have enough ilvl for the mod to roll is 1/3xx, so with 1000 pgems you had around a 66% chance to roll it at least once, a bit unlucky but not rare.
