Couple questions regarding crafting blood gloves:

I have read about 50 threads, most linking to the crafting handbook.
It's packed with detail but i am either too obtuse to understand what it is telling me, or i am missing the info i'm seeking specifically.


IF you were going to craft blood gloves, and you desire 20ias/15str/15dex/X as mods..

What type of glove type would you use?
What level character would you use to craft?

I will be buying the required gloves in bulk, so gambling requirements won't apply here.

Explain this, if I tell you that you need to buy heavy gloves for example, are you going to open an ISO thread and buy as many heavy gloves as you can?

Because that is not going to work, you need to buy those gloves with an specific character level so buying from random people is going to be a mess.
