obsession is ass for any char except maybe a vita fire sorc and an ele druid

Blizz hasnt changed for many years. I prefer es sorc, svs guys usually like vita. Not much pub action on d2r right now, and sorcs are banned in fpk. I have a blizz sorc but havent wasted my time gearing it up for pvp. Hopefully things pick back up this fall.

from playing around on maxroll im seeing the following

fathom+spirirt
3040 life, 800 mana
14,500 blizz, 250 penetration


obsession
3570 life, 570 mana
13,000 blizz, 265 penetration

And you are using a non ideal fathom setup.

When you build correctly, fathom is better
