Why wasnt it played before?
Light was never played as es, because of the low mana reg, however, i doubled the fun by doubling the numbers.
a good ES fb has arround 60 mana reg, just as reference how it will be on this char. ( its 42 reg each second )
Contra list:
Hard to obtain the needed items.
expensive
If you dont have a good orb, forget it.

Pro list:
its es, high survivability
this build comes with a high dmg/highlife version by equipping optional gear

this are the items which i am using.

Helm: 2/20/20/15str/56mana/2sock --> 2xPerfskull ( rep10 and mana reg )--> Bis item 2/30/20/15dex/90mana/2sock
Armor: viper 7/9/9/15mana =bis item
Shield: Lidless Eld --> Bis item lidles with 9str/9dex/10@res/-req jewel
Rings: Soj/Soj= bis rings
Gloves: Frostburn
Belt: 10fcr/17fhr/8str/60life/11man/4reg --> Bis item10/24/60life/40mana/10reg
Boots: 20frw/38mana/inc4%/reg6/24Lr -->bis item --> 30frw/40mana/5inc/10reg/40Lightres
Orb: 3light/20fcr/1ts/3teleport/3Lightning/2sock --> 2x 7/8/8/15 ( this is bascially a 3/20/3/5Lightmastery/2sock orb, because you dont have to skill ts and teleport )
Orb Bis item would be a 2sorc/20fcr/3Lightning/3ts/3LM/150mana/2sock, ( you can equip chromatic ire in svs without missing teleportation which i have on my magic orb )
Amulet: 2/17/8@res ( i crafted arround 20k amulets for mld, nothing good, to give you an idea how rare those amulets are ) 1skill = 30life/51 means a +1 amu with good stats can be insane good -->Bis amu 2/17/110mana/10reg

Inventory: as shown in the pic. 30Lifer and 20/17 ( 1 x 5fhr/17mana for the 42 bp )

Endgame build would be 10fcr/24fhr belt without str, that means we want str on the shield aswell. perfect fit is a 9str/9dex/10@res/-req jewel in the lidless, we will end up with zero points into str, max res if amulet 17fcr has no res on it.

dont have better and i am looking since release of d2r also crafted like some 1 on governtment walfare.
