Just starting leveling my other 6 characters in normal hcl now. And using angelics at level 12, i found out that using any 3 items with the rings, you get +50% magic find. If you use two items + 1 or 2 rings, you get +50% mf x 2 if you use two rings. So it's two items + the rings that give mf%.

Additionally, you can use arctic belt + gloves or any one other item, for a +40% mf boost.

And again, vidala's amulet + any one other item gives another +50% more mf%.

Forgot to mention, arcanna's sign, the amulet, + another set item, gives +50% mf.

Tancred's weird, the amulet, + one other set item, gives +78% mf.
