IAS breakpoint? I don't want to do the math for you.
Just query ias breakpoints, I think BA requires higher base ias.

You can search for comparison on the jsp and every time you gonna hear, grief for dmg, lw for safety.
I think grief wins overall vs LW. I don't know why would someone do this. Also LW is more hr expensive.
BA is going to be expensive to repair. PB is Durability: Indestructible.

PB is faster and you don't have to repair, also you can equip it on a5 merc.
