running 90 ias eth tombreaver for highest frames

what is best merc setup?
act 2 might + pride?
act 2 might + infinity
or holy freeze?
act1 faith?

also, is it good to max feral rage?
or max HOW first?

might pride and use eth reapers toll yourself

nothing beats that decrepify proc

tomb reaver is no longer needed as off-weapon ias now also works

like 52 ias is enough with reapers toll which you can easily get from LoH+HL+ a jewel

if you dont use metamorphis mark of the bear, else u need even less

52 is enough to hit max frames?

i find you need 115?

nyeeeeee for max frames sure you need 113, imo its not even worth going max frames cos you need so much ias for so little benefit

the only thing it really changes is the first and the last frame, which doesnt change that much honestly

it changes 1 frame out of 5 attacks

let's say you have lvl 27 werewolf with thresher and you use fury

then you'll have the following table:



52 ias for 5+(3)+6 which means 5 frames for first attack, 3 for attack 2, 3 and 4 and 6 frames for attack 5 (which is 20 frames for 5 attacks, (25/20) * 5 = 6,25 attacks per second)

113 ias for 4+(3)+5 which means 4 frames for first attack, 3 for attack 2, 3 and 4 and 5 frames for attack 5 (which is 18 frames for 5 attacks, (25/18) * 5 = 6,94 attacks per second)

its not that much faster for the ias you have to spend on it honestly

i would just aim for getting the fastest hits on attack 2, 3 and 4, which is (3)




but if you rly care about it, you could use mark of the bear and 46 ias with thresher which will make you hit 4+(3)+5 with just 46 ias

and what is this EIAS?
currently im hitting so fast my game always crashes :/

It’s Warren ias calc, most accurate for d2r

Eias iirc is just another term for wsm (could be wrong tho)

TBH, I've never understood how this works, and only checked IAS.

EIAS and WSM are different things

theres not much to understand really, the warren ias calc is accurate and you just fill in the things you use and it will display how much ias you need

you can get into the complex theory behind it but i always just refer to them as IAS and WSM, things like fanatism, BoS and werewolf will just add onto the WSM

EIAS = floor(120*IAS/(120+IAS)+SIAS-WSM-SLOW

I think he meant they have same units, which means he is correct.
