self-wielding infinity is my favorite version of foh/zeal. you want to use a mancatcher and a highlords that will give you enough ias. trangs and arach feels ok for fcr with a spirit on swap. wasn't able to get a griff. I'm using holy lightning not fan of course. i ended up using an act1 merc with a harmony. i liked the r/w speed he was super fast. an act five frenzy merc with 2 eth djinn slayers ik armor helm with 7 fire facets would be good too.

I like this idea.

-140 enemy LR on infnity, high CB and decent damage and can run FANA.
Combine with Dream Diadem
Faceted armor
Merc can use Plague + Lawbringer?

Other versions are:
Grief
Plague
Cresceent moon
and gris

I'm lazy so I just FoH animals to their death. So only light-immune-animals are the Zeal's target for me, then many weapons can do the jobs, to name a few, Grief/Azurewrath/Storm lash/Fleshripper/Butcher's Pupil/Gimmershred. And a bit slow but Reapers Toll ;)
