Whats the best build for MF vs PVP

Lookin for chill MFer whats some good gear and zones for it to make it effective.

these guides were all very unhelpful. One wouldn't even load for me. The second has an odd mixture of extremely expensive gear and extremely cheap gear that doesnt really make sense... how can somebody afford 2 dragons and use Kiras... Third one was good but for PVP. none of them even mention mercs
