I understand the resistance and the damage stats stack however, do multiple facets stack on death or lvl if...

A.) they are on the same piece of gear?
B.) on different pieces of gear?
C.) more relevant to have one die facet and the rest level up for price?

Well it’s a 100% chance to cast things that quite frankly only do anything if you die or level up. Having higher than 100% chance changes nothing because 100% of the time is an all the time occurrence when triggered.
