99/99 build if going pelt, for pvp i always prefered 163fcr/99fhr builds, easier to catch sorcs and casters since most duels you tele stomp, and more fcr = more nados which= more dmg also better mobility since you tele faster

as for fhr, 99 is a must imo

Haven't felt the need to hit 99 because of the fhr changes. I have 2x fhr skillers that have been rotting in my stash. In pvp, I only ever go for 63 which is easy to hit after spirit and fhr in your boots or helm. In either 99 or 163 fcr. I'd focus on 63fhr or the next bp down and just stack life instead. For pvm, just spirit is enough.

If you end up messing around with a dr/block setup with stormshield: the 63 fhr is hit by shadow dancers, bloodfists and 5fhr/other mod sc. I have one with mana or poison res, since if you need to block physical attacks you usually need some poison res too. You'll be at 99fcr which is straight up turtle mode.

63 vs everything except maybe trappers you can go 99. For pvm 0 is fine
