Here, made one for you.

Its the best one i can immagine.
It uses 3bo/3shout metamorph helm from cube and uses beast and this helm to add 20% DR and 25EIAS for 180 seconds.

It has nearly maxed berzerk damage!
It has maxed wirl.
It has inzane AR due to dex and visio and beast.
It has MB with main gear and stormshield.
It has equipment to optimalize without usage of mark of the bear.
It has cold stack equipment.
It has buffed walk/run which really works well with both wirl and berzerk chains.
It has 9 fpa widow bow(if mark of bear)
It has 75@, but stack for psn/cold/lr stashed
It has relevant absorbs one would want, in a gm fasion
It has gleglaws for bow slow, or dracs for bow OW etc when fighting forexample 1v1 vs paladins.
But its mostly made as BVA = BARB VS ALL, nn spending 80% of ur playtime in ur stash changing gear due to 1 guy brb'ing with other char... But i made it availeble for u.

Tried to make it flexible. I would just drop the entire shield and count on wisp oak for protection. if u feel like its overkill DEX statted, you can use shadows and raven for mb setup and go less dex statting for more life.
For barbs i always stat dex as BVA, but i refuse to use shield. Shield = Leapwhore, and leap is less effective in d2r. Barb is supposed to be fun.

Wirlwind: 16521 AR
Berserk: 22439 AR
on Main gear.

36% DR / 63fcr / 27fhr / massive FRW / 75@ / 20% light abs / CNBF / OAK main gear... That is what a fun barb looks like.

Treachury fade precast

I told you I had a brawler build as well.
I added Some inzane 40ias javs(important that they are minimum 30ias), i added ETH lacerator and doom as well.

Now you have double throw focused cube cast brawler with 9fpa throw. Aka 4,5 fpa since you throw both...

Throw damage:
1125-6957 with 64% Critic strike
+
386-3568 with 64% Critic strike
AR: 20174

Wirl damage(Holy freeze aura while at it) :
999-3104 with 80% critic strike
839-2630 with 65% critic strike
AR: 12783

Zerk damage(Holy freeze aura while at it) :
1532-5035 with 80% critic strike
AR: 15827

Still same stats, except 200 less life. Only cube cast.

Doom works as a nice bo wepon, beast is needed for metamorph bonuses. This results in quite a good secondary wirl style. The holy freeze works great as protection as well in theese scenarios, espesially if enemy is already amped from your throwing.
Throw works nice and hit likes a truck with this setup.

So as you can see, with the d2r stash place and some spare FG and some tokens u can occationally enjoy the brawler style as well, with just 3 extra items+tokens stashed.
I kept the 3 extra skills on WC, I also have some extra natural res, frw etc and leap as well, so if u want better wirl you can easy up ur axe mastery a lot.

Yes, and in that 3 min you can slap slap slap slap some poops out of enemy

Do ppl go with mark of the bear or werewolf?

Can't do mark of the wolf as barb, unless you swap helmet twice... And 20%DR + 25% SKillIAS > LIFE% bonus and like 40% BONUS ar.

Yes it's 180 seconds. But on the BVA i included gear for none metamorph style as well. Could add a 6bo helm for extra... Could also add a 2barb/20fcr ammu, but saw little reason for it.
Wirl has correct ias break anyway, and throw wont be any faster without changing ur entire gear.

Well, there is spot for 2 x helmets if u want to min/max, but that means there is little room for soj, soj, 3wc ammu and demon limb… you could then use both if newest d2r patch allows that.
