Max Freezing Arrow and Cold Arrow, dont waste points to Ice Arrow. Get +67% Pierce ( Razortail gives 33% = 100% total ). At least 1 point to D/A/E and Valky. Then you can test some Multi, Strafe, Guided, Magic Arrows, but don’t hold your breath :D It’s probably just better to spam Freezing Arrow and max out Valky + Decoy + Penetrate and add rest points to Critical Strike or something like that.
