Avoid evade dodge isn't affected by fhr and hitting bpa isn't worth it on zon, especially after 2.4. If you insist then you can go for the 52 BP.

Your skills depend on the hybrid.

Skill distribution:
I have to build in planner to check.
This gear works as tele bow+cs+bolt+fury+psn. But also as bow + psn, and bow + java without psn.
