i got a 2 soc helm, when is a pruby goin to give more health then a jah? should i double jah it or pruby it?

For vita builds, Jah

Jah is best for most builds with exception of Barbarian and Druid due to high oak/bo levels.

Other than that i find no reason to use Jah/Pruby on a Ele dru or Barb, or any char what so ever. It can make a different in nvn, hvh, nvh, hvn though.
