So i've done some PVP, but not like in-to-it into it.
So here are my questions:
A) when wearing Light/Medium/Heavy armor does this impact IAS/FRW mechanics with a str/dex check?
When PVP, attacking someone with heavy armor on, does the armor class (light/med/heavy) impact attack? or is it just the defence in itself * higher defence=less likely to be hit/ CTB etc etc*
C) Can someone clarify the -enemy res mechanics on pvp vs pvm (i've seen this in my readinds just never payed attention to it tbh but not really too worried about it since the toon i'm building wont rely on a - mechanic)
D) When making a "glass cannon" persay, is it best to stack ATR... so essentially doing away with highlords/Raven/BK or a gnarly min/max dam with atr and stat ring and using angelic rings and ammy.
I know the ATR bonus is astronomical different so i was thinking for my particular toon it might make more sense to stack ATR because the toons i will be facing will be stacked like that as well, so essentially whoever gets hit first will die
The toon i'm making is a build i tested on single player but haven't done on PVP yet.

I have a highlord/Raven/BK, Angelic trio, or some nice min and max dam with ATR res and life ring + BK + highlord or MEtalgrid with a Hustle Iron Golem. My merc runs standard javzon gear. Essentially making a anti-pk toon, and a zon to pvp them poke barbs on Hardcore =)
Power strike tops out at 21k
Charge strike does 8k
the actual weapon damage is way up there too, I rolled a 402 botd roll in that pike, so 395 natural (7ed)
I also thought about a swap between Andys vs Giant Skull, doing a light facet+ias ed jool, or double stack ias and ed jool, or adding a ber in the mix idk. up for suggestions!
