just skip them...

u dont need to kill any cold immune for walk through (if de seis on nightmare is cold immune, make next game)
if u want to clear cs and/or d-quest done, go for frozen orb and fire ball or something like that - but its kinda slow
for pure cs runs, hdin is way better or barb on low player counts
