is string of ears to way to go here?
i dont know how to value the dr/mdr

what else is possible?

some crafted ow belt or some rare?

what stats are possible on those for lvl 49?

if you do need the ias don't forget upgraded goldwarp

i dont need ias

SoE will be king in most setups. Flat dr/mdr is quite good at this level.
