I think this is still valid.

you need 63ish total ias for max ww speed with a ba. so you can't use angelics with rends/dracs until you have a godly 2soc rare barb helm. need to use 20ias blood gloves or a grief zwiehander.

Grief Ba + Ias jewel arreat and ias jewel storm ?

then you would have to use a ravenfrost and grief would need to have 33 ias. cold slow attack speed down now.
