Hey! Im stacking up on some crafting sets on offline. I heard the amulets item level is the only thing that matters of the materials.

Anybody experienced enought to tell me what level on char and what zones i can collect amulets from to have a chance on the very best amulets?

The amulet need to be ilvl90+ the best way is to gamble with a lvl93+ character and craft with that character.

Worst case scenario the amulet you gamble is going to be ilvl88, when you do the craft that would add 44 ilvls and you will get another 46 from your lvl93 char, so you will always have a lvl90+ amulet.

If you are interested also in good rare amulet, you want a lvl95+ char to also have always a lvl90+ amulet when gambling.
