Nope. You won't hit 7fpa. 8fpa is reachable but you have to sacrifice Forti.

The bow windforce is viable in PvP, in particular in DCL, where the format will ban forti (the Polish League, Tournaments on fridays). outside of that league it is simply not as good as a GMB Faith, but can be used (your just not Meta).


TLDR you use 60ias/160ed armor with WF and away you go. massive crit damage well above faith.
