Mosaic runeword has this:

• Rune Word Bonuses: +50% chance for finishing moves to not consume charges When a finisher is executed this way, it now refreshes the expiration timer of the stack

Regardless of Mosaic, martial arts moves are designed so that each attack with certain martial arts moves builds charge each charge adds damage % or modifiers.

Attack 3-4 times with one Martial Arts move claws of thunder
Attack 3-4 times with another blades of ice
Attack 3-4 times with a third

Then perform the finishing move (which also has a damage multiplier for massive dps)

Finishing move then can be repeated multiple times for full screen bursts of damage
