anbd i think this build needs an nerf : 102 fcr setup is a perfect synergy for mosaic itself, max charge limit timer 15sec i think and so faster fcr better to keep up the charges up.
about amu : 17 fcr to reach the 102 fcr setup : gloves , belt , helm , double rings and amu : 102 fcr
Low budget 102fcr setup gonna handle p8 also very well....its crazy i have only 10 hours assa in my entire playtime in d2lod with d2r combined but as much as i research about this class and lets say specially this build
it makes more to think its needs to be nerfed or lets argue a proper balance hotfix.
