Max roll says 48. Is this true?

should be 42+3N where N is the number of random affixes of the craft. so if you only want 20ias (1 random affix), then lreq is 45 iicc (but not sure if that is possible due to ilvl restrictions). if you want more affixes, the lreq will go up

I think you can craft them for mld yes.

my understanding is that alacrity is ilvl 43, so i think i can craft these if i gamble on a 49

the required level generally is 3/4 of the affix level, so level req for alacrity suffix (alvl 43) is 32. this definitely makes them available for MLD. but since the total level req of the crafted item depends on the number of mods (as it is explains in the link you gave), you might only have 2 affixes to stay below a level req of 50 (since 42+3*2=48 and 42+3*3=51). so you can have MLD gloves with 20ias and one additional affix, but not with 20ias and three additional affixes (ofc you always get the affixes from crafting, i.e. cb and life)

Weirdly enough i haven't even gotten a 20 ias to roll at all so far so i can't even feel disappointed due to having too many affixes.
Probably just going to have to have to buy some 20 ias dual stat gloves
