i run a horker using zerk with greif but my merc gets wrecked im curious what merc should i run and whats the best aura to benefit a zerk trav barb

he probably needs more fire res

he was capped i just dont run one atm lol

most of the time my merc died in trav, was from the hydras + conviction aura

but yeah idk


I think you want to avoid holy freeze cuz it can shatter mobs then you can't hork them

I’ve got grief on my hc offline berserk barb at lvl 93. My merc NEVER dies.

He’s rocking might aura
Guillaumes face w/ low ed/ias jewel
Ethereal shael’d reapers
Ethereal fort
He hits ~7k with almost 50% deadly strike, 35% ias and ctc decrepify. We both shatter bodies from time to time tho.



My hc ladder gold finder’s merc also never dies. He uses:

Blessed aim
Ebotd war pike
Ethereal guardian angel
Ethereal kiras

Neither of us ever shatter bodies.


There was a really cool goldfind barb build that used ethereal ariocs needle, guillaumes face and ethereal chains of honor. I’ll see if I can find it.

E/ don’t be afraid to war cry the council every once in a while. And battle cry makes it easier to hit them and makes em do less dmg.
