If making a max block sorc while using a Gerkes, is it gonna be necessary to use a shael in it since it has 0% increased block rate or does block rate not have a great enough effect?

Would be for a pvp es sorc with max block


And no I don’t need advice on all the better builds that don’t involve gerkes just looking for the answer to the question
