hi all, i found a lvl 9 rare helm /2 sox / 10 % fhr ....that cast s lvl 4 frostnova when hit. Would this be considered as BM in lvl 9 duel ?

How you know is good item for lld?

bm? no. ctc frost nova is not only GM, its a prefered mod on many items.

however many chars are also using deaths belt/gloves, so it doesnt do anything to those chars. but vs chars like sigons sac chars, its a great mod to have.

that said it's not worth using over a 3 os mask or crown, unless it is in a crown base and has eth/rep, ideally with 80 or more base defense.

i didn t know if it is good or not, that s why i asked.
It seems that i ll not use it...because



i ll use an 15 ed 3 OS crown instead
