Hello. I was wondering if there’s a decent hybrid Paladin setup for PvM utilizing Blessed Hammer and Fist of Heavens?

When running Terror Zones with undead that are scattered abound, FoH is really helpful, but on the flip hand when there are not a lot of undeads, TZs can be slow and painful. Looking for the best method in leveling via TZs
