Yeah I feel all builds based on ias and not fcr for attacks need cannot be frozen for pvp!

Builds that’s just use teleport and spells with fcr can get away without cannot be frozen.

When frozen it will slow your ww speed if you don’t use cbf

If you see conflicting info on this it’s because being frozen didn’t previously slow your ww ias but it does now. You should always have cbf except for vs necro, light and fire sorc and maybe hdin

So in BVB duels it dosent matter?

I think cold dmg is banned in bvb so it shouldn’t matter in that case

in pub bvb duels you need cnbf and also expect others to be using griefs. ravenfrost is needed to max block for bva builds. grief and cold damage are gm in ww duels unless otherwise stated
