I want to imbue a war axe, is it true I only need to be level 66 to imbue that godly axe?

This is what the guide here says under chapter 5, section 5.7. It gives a range of levels, 64-66 to imbue war axe... not sure what the difference here is either, if someone is knowledgable and can inform me what the difference between imbuing at 64 or 66 is?!

In 5.5 tells you the affixes you are looking for the godly axe (cruel, fools, 2os, 40ias, self repair etc etc)

To get the alvl (affix level) you need to look at this formula

If (ilvl>99) then {ilvl=99}
if (qlvl>ilvl) then {ilvl=qlvl}
if (magic_lvl>0) then {alvl=ilvl+magic_lvl}
else
{
if (ilvl<(99-qlvl/2))
then {alvl=ilvl-qlvl/2}
else {alvl=2*ilvl-99}
}
If (alvl>99) then {alvl=99}

You can ignore it, but basically it depends on the qlvl of the item and the ilvl of the item, the ilvl will be you char level +4 (since that what you get when you imbue an item), so depending on the qlvl of the item you imbued you see what level the item need to be to get the alvl that unlocks those godly affixes.

Now, War axe has a qlvl of 25, so if you imbued with a clvl 64-65-66 you will end with an ilvl of 68-69-70 that gives you an alvl of 56-57-58 using the formula , I did not look all the alvl you need for all the mods, but fool ask for alvl50+, cruel ask for alvl56+ (you get right there with clvl64, so I will guess this is the highest alvl you need).

So yes, all you need is a lvl64+ char and imbued the war axe to try to get that godly axe (keep in mind, odds are reaaaaaaaally reaaaaaaally low), there is no difference between clvl64 or 66, you get 2 more alvl but chances are that they don't unlock any new mods (that why the guide tells you that you can use any of those 3 levels), if you go to clvl67 or higher, you can still get the godly axe, but you will have new extra mods that can spawns that you don't want, so it will be even harder to get.

TLDR: Yes, it's true, and there is not difference between lvl64 or 66.
TLDR2: If Feanur did the guide, is right 99.9999% for sure.

Essentially, for most items for high level duels, the desired affixes level is lower to the point where imbuing with a character above the 65ish range actually lowers the chance to get the item you want, because your available affix pool is larger
