Returning to D2 R since pretty well launch...WHAT IS THIS MOSAIC BUILD!?

Looks incredibly fun and OP - is it on Maxroll?
Expensive?

It can be expensive if you want the best claw to max out damage
Like 3ps/3cot/3boi base skills

You can still clear p8 with just 2 plain mosiac claws without those skills
