I'm sure this has been asked 600 million times but does it matter/how?

I am using grief zerker and beast zerker, I have grief on main hand (left of my screen) and beast on off hand

my grief has 39 ias if that matters, so it says 79 ias total on my character advanced stats when its on main hand but with beast on main its 80 ias.

both weapons will benefit from fan but not the others ias.

u only get offensive benefits from ur attacking weapon, like the other hand is naked...

except for auras

Mainhand was primarily an issue on LoD due to how ww hit checks were calculated.

Without getting into the weeds, your mainhand weapon would attack more than offhand during WW. From a variety of tests on d2unmastered, this is no longer a thing.

As a secondary issue, mainhand matters for berserk. Meaning when you berserk (common vs necs), it uses your mainhand.


Long story short, mainhand grief. Offhand beast
