whats better for ce necro since amp doesnt affect magic damage i never use lower res curse should i use it instead let me know what you think

Corpse explosion is 50% physical damage and 50% fire damage.
Both lower resistance and amplify damage would boost the damage.

Most players would prefer amplify since it is -100% physical resistance (regardless of level) instead of lower resistance.
The only time where lower resistance would be superior with necromancer's CE would be vs physical immune monsters.

Usually lower resistance is saved to use with other players to boost their own skills for faster clears before you are able to use CE.

Amp. More dmg, less skill points, better radius

Amp on paper is better, and in practice for pure CE NEC.

If you're psn nec, it's lower resist, Nova, +/-amp, CE.
I ended up not casting amp because it was just piano keys of skills.
I measured the difference on p8 pits and the run tube was negligible. Keep in mind pits had weak monsters

Bone break/decrep never got the 1/5 nerf that conviction and Lower Res got moving from 2.5 PTR to 2.5 live meaning that with bone break amp is still the way to go vs former physical immunes as long as they are sundered.

Always use LR in throneroom with other players
