does +max dmg from jewels in a helm apply correctly? how does that work..

easiest explination i can give
weapons are not affected by this

any ED with max/min mods on helms, shield or armor would only apply to the helm/shield/armor.
so if you have a helm with a 40 ED jewel and a 15 max jewel the 40 ed would only apply to the 15 max that is on the helm.
I don't think they ever fixed that bug, but i could be mistaken

thats not correct. 40ed would only apply to minimum dmg but works for ranged attacks

tbh it is wqy too complicated for what it is and i cant imagine how they f***ed up their code to enable this kind of bug
