Okay so white and blue label you can add sockets and also make runewords correct??? Yellow and so on you can not make runewords from?? Just want to make sure I do not waste these high level runes on a base that will not work.. thank you

not blue!

only on grey items.
white ones can be made grey with larzuk.

non superior white items you can use cube to roll sockets if you dont want to burn a socket quest, which will always give max sockets.


blue items cannot be runeword bases

As said above
Cubing for sockets will give you a random number of sockets
Also superior bases cannot be cubed for sockets;
Only larzuk'd for the max sockets of that particular base
