Hi. What do you think is the strongest and fastest clearing necro build you can make if you have unlimited resources? I mean fully geared - Dweb for poison etc. Beast for summon etc. I cant decide between poison nova or summon. Lets say if you want to play p1 and p3 and p8. Thx for opinions.

I already have Dweb and 3/20/1 circlet. What do you mean 3/3/2os head?
