Is there That one certain Sorceress that is BEST over all the rest?

Depends what you’re trying to do with it

All Content Hell related for drops, Runes, Gems Ect. Cows, Keys, Diablo and Baal runs.

if you want to do everything except ubers, lite is the best

nova is better in tombs and general TZ that dont have souls or witches, but it sucks on baal and TZ that do have souls/witches
lite is worse in tombs, but still good, and WAY better in baal

both are great for chaos or key running
