you are looking for harpoons, erep.

you can start with non ias, in which case look for throw 180 damage (or better). as close to 200 throw as possible (more is good)
if you want to spend alot you then looking for 30ias with that (also, erep).

20ias works fine too for throw breakpoint, 30 is just for jab
