I wanted to understand if use on merc act 2 botd war pike 60 ias + beast ba fanatism lvl 9 in the barb. Have 2 sock in the helm of merc clear. For the next breakpoint i need 0 ias or 15 ias or 30 ias?

Weapon: BOTD 60 ias
Helm 2x socket : 30 ias
Fana skill lvl 9: ur frame will be 4.5 with "JAB"
