So I got a Baal gc(big whoop I know)from when the zone was terrorized. The zone was 94 at the time.

What ilvl is the gc? Does it matter for crafting?

Yes it matters for crafting, in dont remember exactly what iLvl the GC needs to be to roll above +40 health, but i think its like iLvl 84 or something? So your charm should be more than enough to roll a skill/+40 life

baal GC already gives access to 45L skillers, does not need to be terrorized

No, u just need it to be high enough to roll 45 life, other than that it dosnt matter
