Can someone tell me the ias breakpoints for frenzy merc? i hardly find any usefull information for the new merc

he will get enchanted and gets dobble phoenix, i need the right base, there are no calculators for 2 weapons or i dont find, also its hard to know which breakpoints he can reach with this frenzy atckspeed, i tryed it out with hero creator, he rocks p8 awsome dmg

yes dobble phoenix in eth weapons lets go i think cryptic sword, but im not sure need help

well whatever i go noneth pb the -30 should anyway be the best option, to get frenzy in roll, dmg is anyway elemental
