Building a v/t. I’ve found some topics around this but I understand there have been some changes to the ias breakpoints. I don’t know what information is still good and relevant.

Does the ias on a grief pb matter at all?
Any additional ias needed to hit desired pvp frames? What do we need to know about slows and holy freeze?

I’ll be running fana at level 27+

Ias does not matter for pb. During hf I'm not 100% sure though. I use a 39/400
