Well people used a formula where they averaged wsm inside the formula, which made it hard for them after d2r changes.
My formula did not give a shit about offhand, due to it beeing force throwed between each main hand anyway. So i just use:
Velocity increase =floor(70-wsm+sias+(120*ias/(120+ias));1)
Fpa =ceiling(256*12/floor(256*VelocityIncrease/100;1);1)/2
