What class / build would you consider to be the fastest to make it to Act 5 Normal starting from level 1?

If you want to finish baal you have to be above lvl 20.

But yeah, i did like 10 static 1 tele 1 frost nova rest warmth.
Can do more static for higher range. You'll be chugging mana pots the entire time though lol

Additional points in static just make the range larger, right?

Yeah just makes it so you dont have to be right up on things, and the act 2 merc would take the aggro so you can stand back, throw a frost nova, static em down etc.

I used that build way back when on a d2 East Hardcore ladder reset and we ended up as first guardians (hell baal kill)
