You want the Mobility build or the damage build. Mobility is better for TZ endgame. Damage build is more budget friendly but still clears hell 8p chaos well, it just cant keep up with aggressive tele TZ.

I’m sure the jeweled tiara & inventory charms make a difference, but I basically replicated the items/char in this video outside of what I couldn’t get my hands on, and I’m getting owned in Act 5 WSK. I don’t have good resists, and not having CTA to buff life, has made play dicey. Any tips?

The max charms don't make that much difference. So replace them with resist charms. If it's soul you having trouble with, put on tgodz. Then it's zero issue. My video is to min max for quickest chaos run

CTA is not needed on zon. With Max res you won't need it even more

It's a 8 frame bowa. Built for strafe that's why it's using act 2 merc with pride.

I'm new to this but here's what I've been putting together and running this season. It is built around Witchwild String, buffing via Hustle on switch and using a Pride/Might A2 Merc with strafe as her main skill.

She is well balanced for Chaos Sanctuary.

There are 3 sets:
Bare Minimum(she can run with just this)
"End Game"(get your fg ready)
Crushing Blow(something different)

Physical Immune monsters will always be broken by Amp Damage.
Unbreakable Physical Immunes get killed with the L20 Magic Arrow gifted from Witchwild String(converts 42% physical dam to magic) and are always single target "uniques"/"super uniques" so hardly ever an issue.
She is not a solo boss killer but she is more than capable of killing Diablo solo up to P4.
If you would like to run WSK+Baal I'd suggest swapping on a Tgods for that excursion just to negate some of the potential lightning damage. Keep an eye out for dolls rushing you and dying too close during your strafe locks.
Try to have at least L17 Valk so she can wear "good" gear.
Cast Slow Missiles often for the DR buff if you play HC.
