I use shako ber hoz ber set up
When dex135，my block 75
But pd grief req 136dex
In order to use pd grief, my dex is 136.
But if my pal vs nec
I don't need raven
If i don't wear raven，i can't use my pd grief

use knights shield with 40ed/9dex jewels and bk w jah shako

lvl 1or 2 times then you will need more dex to max block.
