when and why ?

Titans for comfort, tstrokes for dmg. Overall I greatly prefer titans due to not having to go out of the way to repair every other game, additional frw, more physical dmg for better life and mana leech.

I also pref titans for the qol in most cases, but in p8 you'll really notice the tstroke damage boost that comes from -15 lr along with an rbf in griffon since you won't need an ias jewel.

try out both, there's no right or wrong answer really.

There is a long way if U want 95ias. But as for 52ias break its Nice

there's no reason to run 95 ias on a pvm zon so not sure what your point is

Unless one run rare javs or 6/40 there is no reason in pvm.
