Hi all, have some questions about gc e craft

Only grand charm drop from baal = lvl99 is possible to make a gc with skill +45 life?

How do I see the level of an object? (For craft)

You cannot see the item level. But also GCs dropped from dia or nihla can have +41+ life. Or if you find any GC in a TZ >91.
