1) Berserker Axe 335%ed Dmg 104-308
Or
2) Berserker Axe 285%ed Dmg 92-273 with 20% Crushing Blow and 25% Open Wounds

depends on situation. cb does dmg based on your opponents current hitpoints, so it can not be translated into flat dmg. ow does dmg over time based on your level, so same problem here

For both pvm and pvp i would choose the second one.
