What is the best build for a pvp charger paladin

What do you want to perform as?

Raw damage to destroy caster ( 2-hander )?
Able to vs physical characters as a hybrid v/t ( Smiter / Fist of heavens ) with more preferred damage into charge instead of smite?
Plain charger?

I like shield so you can block and smite. Making it way more well rounded. But less exciting
